$2,650 Manasquan Summer Shares on 3rd ave Summer 2024 !!!! (Manasquan)

We have a shares available in our house in Manasquan for the Summer of 2024.
The house is a mix of 30’s something guys and girls.
We are all level headed people with good jobs who like to enjoy the Summers down in Squan.
A little bit about us.
We do it all ! Sometimes we do Squan at night Leggetts/Osprey or will hit Jenks, Parker, Djais etc.
We like the daylife too so we are often at Tiki or the Beach and then comes Happy Hour, You get the picture.
No need to sugar coat things there will be drinking going on, bbq'n and partying but this is not a Frat house.
We have been doing Shore houses in Squan for years so we know the ins and outs of the town and we know a lot of people.
If you have done a house in Squan chances are you will know 1 or many of us.
Guys and Girls are welcome.
Full Shares are $3,950 and you get your own bed for the whole Summer and can basically live here as if it where your regular home.
we also have Flex Shares which is basically half the weekends and weekdays for $2,650 with a $300 security deposit which we always get back at the end of the Summer.
There is no limit to the number of weekends with a Full Share you can come as often as you like.
About the house- It is a large two floor house with Central AC with an open floor plan on the first floor with couches, a dining room table, a good size kitchen with all modern appliances and plenty of room to enjoy yourself.
There is also a large front porch and a rear deck along with an outdoor shower and plenty of room to park in the driveway.
  The cost of the share gets you your own bed for the whole Summer and Alcohol is included, TV/Internet are also included all we have to pay for is electric which comes out to about $50 per person for the whole Summer.
We also have a cleaning service come every other week.
