Family looking for a Housekeeper/ Cook 3 days a week.

1) Cleans and sanitizes all rooms.
2) Vacuums and sweeps floors, carpets, and rugs.
3) Makes beds and changes linens.
4) Empty trash.
5) Ability to manage your time efficiently.
6) Work well unsupervised.
7) Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
8) Handle basic maintenance and cleaning.
9) Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively.
10) Handle landscaping, Orkin appointments etc.
11) Hard worker.
