Laundry opportunity with flexible schedule

Hi - I own and operate a small laundromat in Metuchen NJ.
The laundromat's machines currently have down time and are not being fully utilized.
I am looking for an individual and self starter who wants to make their own schedule and make some extra money.
This person could find wash and fold or dry cleaning customers and offer to pickup and drop off their clothes.
They would be able to use the laundromat's machines and facilities, software, payments etc.
to complete the jobs and return the clothes to the customers.
I would envision splitting the wash and fold revenue 50/50 and this person could keep all the pick up and drop off fees.
This person could work as much or as little as possible.
Would need to be someone who is motivated and a self starter.
They would need to find the clients via marketing, direct mail, phone calls, networking, flyers, etc.
