The Family Office Management (FOM) Bill Pay Group is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Bill Pay Analyst, with a solid family office bill pay, bookkeeping and administrative background to join its team of professionals.
The desired candidate will focus almost exclusively on processing and or approving the payments of our clients bills and expenses.
The Bill Pay Analyst is expected to be a team player and work collaboratively with several internal and external stakeholders.
The Analyst should be proficient in the Microsoft suite of applications and will be required to become familiar with Bessemer applications.
Preference will be given to those with previous family office bill pay or administrative experience within a financial institution.
Primary Responsibilities: Provide superior client service Receive, record, and process high volume of client bills in accordance with the firm’s policies and procedures Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries or discrepancies with clients’ accounts bill pay Administer the client enrollment process and all associated documents and forms Communicate, identify, and mitigate client issues in a proactive and positive manner in order to meet client needs Support internal colleagues in the administration of the bill payment service Develop a collaborative, in-depth partnership with Client Advisors and internal business partners Perform additional special projects as needed, such as publish vendor payment report, and other reports for clients Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of relevant experience Excellent attention to detail and executes responsibilities with a sense of urgency and follow-through Ability to show tact, discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Demonstrate experience in process oriented workflows Build and maintain relationships and effective communication with internal business partners Accurate data entry skills.
Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Ability to work overtime, with or without notice.
