We are opening our fourth Kohler Signature Store in Summit, NJ and we are looking to staff add an *Administrative Sales Assistant* to our team.
As an *Administrative Sales Assistant*, you will provide a wide range of administrative and operational support to the Store Manager.
*Responsibilities:* * Answer and direct phone calls * Lifting material * Using Ladders * Assisting management in daily and weekly tasks * Organize and schedule appointments * Assisting customer's picking up orders * Maintaining inventory *Requirements:* * Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines * Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus * Flexible Availability - Including Weekends, and Holidays * Proficiency in MS Office * Ability to juggle multiple assignments while paying attention to details * Comfortable going up a 3-4 foot ladder, carrying up to 30 pounds Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
50 - $19.
