Job Overview: As an Office Clerk at Active Staffing you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient and organized operation of our office.
The ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and is capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and routing calls to the appropriate person.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain and update office databases and records.
• Collaborate with team members to support various office functions.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as an Office Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• MUST be Bilingual (English/Spanish)
