Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their Florham Park, NJ team.
The hours are 8:30am-5pm (30 minute lunch) and this role is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with administering and monitoring finance and compliance policies and procedures
* Prepare finance and compliance reports for clients; monthly and quarterly
* Reconcile corporate credit cards with matching invoices and receipts
* Maintain list of deliverables from department to clients and service providers
* Assist in preparation of quarterly client invoices via QuickBooks
* Provide phone support through answering and triaging calls; back up receptionist as needed
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
* 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in financial services
* Must have strong Excel skills
* Highly organized and kind professional with a team player mentality
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $70-80K base depending on experience + bonus
