The wave planner is responsible for beginning the process of load planning, routing and set the order deliveries in Blue Yonder in the shipping department.
Orders flowing from SAP to Blue Yonder are check for inventory and batched and released for fulfilment by the warehouse team.
In the Less than a truck load (LTL), Parcel, or international operation.
*The hours of work for this position is 11:30am to 8:30pm.
* *The qualified applicants will be responsible for the following: * * Responsible for the primary customer facing processes in the batching and releasing of the work queued in blue Yonder from SAP * Responsible for handling customer load reporting and requests * Investigate and Solve workflow issues using knowledge of all DC operations for the orders that did not wave * Responsible for prepping and processing orders for shipment.
* Ensure the completion of all expedited/rush orders.
* Coordinates load drops, routing and deliveries of warehouse and transportation management system at waving.
* Handle escalated customer service questions/needs via telephone and email with consistent professionalism.
* May be required to track inventory, process units, and prepare for shipment and delivery * Coordinate all necessary replenishment with the Inventory department.
To ensure the waving for all the available orders is complete.
* Follow all safety guidelines and performs in a safe and careful manner.
* All other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager, including general administrative duties including but not limited to data entry and maintaining documentation*.
* *The ideal candidate must have: * * High School Degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience * Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing required (preferably in wave planning, expediting experience preferred) * Some experience as a logistics coordinator or related role required * Ability to learn and use SAP & Blue Yonder.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
* Must be well organized and detail orientated.
* Meets productivity standards; Completes work in a timely manner; Strives to improve.
* Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism * Quality – Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Applies feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.

* Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.

*Internal and External Contacts/Relationships* * Follow up with all levels of management.
* Communicates regularly with Logistics, Service, Regulatory Affairs/Quality Assurance, Sales, and factories.
*Environmental/Safety/Physical Work Conditions* * Responsible for understanding and conforming to the Environmental Policy to ensure that significant environmental aspects that relate to actual or potential impacts with their work are executed to minimize effects on the environment.
* Responsible for understanding and conforming to the Health and Safety Policy to ensure that the significant risks that relate to actual or potential hazards with their work are identified.
* Use of computer and telephone equipment and other related office accessories/devices to complete assignments.
* Ability to lift 50lbs.

* Reports to the Warehouse location for all work *Remote Work: Field * *Base Salary: The base salary for this position is a minimum of $20.
