Warehouse Administrator needed (Middlesex)

Responsibilities: Logistics Ensure all documents, information, etc, are uploaded and on-hand for outgoing shipments Book carriers for C&F-routed freight Upload tracking, ensure customer receives tracking email Handle any customer-service related inquiries to same Notify customers of the readiness of customer-routed freight Ensure proper BOL/documentation is received Assist with, or schedule accordingly, any C&F pick-ups & deliveries Ensuring route efficiency and timeliness when scheduling routes Coordinate with the shop manager to schedule any vendor pick-ups Schedule trailer deliveries in coordination with the shop manager Ensure timely collection of all shipping-related paperwork Ensure accurate shipping data is uploaded to the appropriate systems Manage any disputes, re-weighs claims with freight carriers Inventory Control Ensure stock materials are properly stocked and counted in a timely manner according to interval Order material from corresponding vendor as needed or for stock replenishment Upload inventory counts to the project/inventory management system Add/remove materials to and from inventory on an as-needed basis Alert the appropriate party of any discrepancies when necessary Work with the shop manager to ensure real-time inventory data of necessary materials Ensure inventory is clearly visible and organized Other tasks at the discretion/delegation of the shop manager included by not limited to: Printing/Scanning necessary documents for road crew, shop floor, or office admin Ensuring the accuracy of the Project Management Software Crating/Assembly work as needed Assist with the loading/unloading of freight as needed
