Position is NOT REMOTE : candidates should be within a 15 mile radius of the Boonton, NJ area.
Boonton, NJ based office looking for a part time administrative associate with strong communication skills who can work independently.
Projects include, but are not limited to, customer service, order processing, project management and client based administrative projects, as assigned.
This job offers lots of diversification and is a great learning opportunity for the right candidate.
Approximately 20 hours per week.
Qualifications: Well organized and detailed oriented Ability to multi-task and prioritize Working knowledge of social media tools Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites Ability to work in a professional environment Ability to work independently Responsibilities: Provide office with administrative support for maximum operational efficiency.
Process incoming customer orders and handle incoming customer service requests Maintain a self-motivated and proactive attitude when working on various projects and tasks.
Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Support management and staff through strong communication and organization when completing tasks and projects.
