Working directly with the General Manager, Assistant Managers are the restaurant's second in command and will be doing most of the things done by General Managers.
The Assistant Manager role is a crucial step in your career development toward the General Manager role.
Key responsibilities include:
Helping in the training of Teammates, and coaching in the moment as needed
Facilitating proper standards and procedures
Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction at all times
Inventory counting and recording
Helping to create shift schedules
Opening, closing, and additional administrative duties
Ensure proper food handling and preparation throughout the stations

What we expect from you
Team players wanted - job requirements
Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience REQUIRED
QSR or Fast-casual experience, Preferred but not required
Comfortable working in an emerging-growth company environment
Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
An impressive work-ethic
Desire to learn industry/gain experience
Highly collaborative nature
Must have a great personality, desire to serve guests, and enjoy working as part of a team, and be upbeat and engaging
