Position Summary: To provide administrative assistance to the Sales Office.
Manages the move in process of new residents and assists the Community Relations Counselor in managing prospect processes.
Reports to Communities Relations Counselor.
Essential Functions:
Manages creative follow up campaigns at the direction of Community Relations Counselor.
Organizes and maintains tickler systems and sales boards.
Assists as needed with tours and call outs to prospects.
Demonstrates knowledge of One on One sales strategy and implementation.
Successfully obtains One on One discovery and participates in on-site tours, home visits, and creative prospect follow up
Facilitates and coordinates move in paperwork and transition of new residents.
Maintains all departmental administrative duties.
Assists with the completion and dissemination of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Non Essential Functions:
Attends all required training, in-services, and staff meetings.
Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, the achievement of safe working practices, and by practicing proper infection control measures.
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
Adheres to all policies and procedures of Spring Hills, LLC
Performs all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education: Some college.
One year or more administrative experience.
Efficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
