* Certified or licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners.
* Current New Jersey Driver’s License.
* Minimum of 3 years of Long Term Care Experience and 1 year supervisory experience in a health care setting.
* Geriatric experience preferred.
* Flu vaccine required, or receive an exemption prior to employment.
* Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes.
