Leasing Specialist

We are currently seeking a full-time leasing consultant to join our hands-on team.
Our portfolio consists of twenty multi-family homes and one four-story apartment building totaling about 300 beds.
*Primary Responsibilities:* * Converting leads into tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful information on not only our properties but the benefits of living off campus with RU Living * Conducting personalized tours of our properties that result in new leases * Building brand loyalty by problem solving for prospects and tenants, treating them like you would your younger sibling or best friend to ensure understanding, trust, and an A+ resident experience * Generating awareness, interest, and excitement via social media and on campus events * Working weekends during our prime leasing season (typically November-mid December) * Completing market surveys * Assist the Community Manager with all assigned administrative tasks *Skills* * Proven working experience as a Leasing Agent preferred but not required * Outstanding verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
* Knowledge of the Rutgers community/college life * Social media savvy \*$18-$25 per hour plus commission\* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.
