Work Location: In person Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support the back office operations
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Handle data entry and ensure data integrity
- Assist with proofreading and editing documents
- Manage phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate appointments and meetings using Outlook Calendar
- Support the team with general clerical duties
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent proofreading and editing skills
