Seeking a highly motivated Financial Execution Analyst to join our team to support an US Army client in Northern New Jersey.
_*Responsibilities:*_
Responsible for performing mid-level financial analysis and business management functions including the day-to-day management of a program budget, such as:
Budget Estimate Submission (BES), President’s Budget (PB), Program Objective Memorandum (POM), and Continuing Resolution Authority (CRA) Submission and execution.
Execute funds distribution from HQDA to the PMs/PDs.
Support requests for reprogramming actions through the Army Budget Office (ABO).
Support and track of Unfunded Requirements (UFRs).
Assist in the G8s responsibility to maintain funded reimbursable authority.
Interface with ASA(ALT) Accounting Cell, Managerial Accounting, and Defense Finance & Accounting System, as needed.
Support responsibility of Mid-Year Review and Execution Reviews.
Support requests for FMS Admin funds and track their execution.
Generate Financial Reports and Variance Analysis, as required.
Support
Earned Value Management (EVM), when required.
Support audit activities as related to financial data.
Adjust closed accounts for financial transactions per regulation.
Interpret data from various systems to obtain data and conduct analysis.
Responsible for budget execution and maintaining accounting records for reporting & analysis of all commitments, obligations, and disbursements
Communicate with upper management and determine program status, identify variances and recommend actions/response
Ensure obligation plans are documented properly
Meet with client leadership to review goals and provide recommendations to confirm funds are executed in accordance to plans
Prepare and maintain records and pertinent documents related to manpower resources and budget requirements for in-house administrative resources for the PMO
_*Qualifications:*_
Experience work with Government systems such as General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS) is a must have
Experience with Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR)/Project Management Resource Tools (PMRT)
Defense Travel Systems (DTS)
Familiarity with Financial Management Regulations to include DOD 7000-14, FMR 37-100, FMR 37-1
Experience in managing multiple appropriations to include RDTE, APA, OMA, and FMS
Experience in performance of execution analysis
Fundamental understanding of Army Acquisition Process
Experience in cutting funding documents (MIPRs / PWDs)
Experience in funds reconciliation
BS/BA from an accredited college or university
3 years of experience concentrated in the Job Responsibilities area of the position
The ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance
_*Requirements:*_
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum three years’ experience in financial execution
· Minimum one year experience with GFEBS
· Experience in all aspects of the armaments and ammunition procurement, testing, fielding, life-cycle management, demilitarization a plus.

* Financial analysts must present technical information in writing that is understandable for the intended audience.
