Job Title Reconciliation Specialist What does a successful Reconciliation Analyst do at Fiserv? Responsibilities include monitoring of agent performance at walk in payment locations.
Contact agent when necessary for collection of any funds due.
Reconciliation of agent deposits and transmission of payments in reconciliation system.
Refer outstanding agent balances to external collection when necessary.
Notify field and sales associates of non-performing agents.
Handle payment adjustments as necessary.
Assist in processing agent credit applications when necessary.
What you will do: Contact agent location for deposit discrepancies.
Refer balances due for collection when necessary.
Handle agent payment inquiries and adjustments.
Work with field associates on agent issues.
Assist in processing agent credit applications.
Weekly reporting of agent monitoring results Verify bank deposit composition.
Setup new agent terminals as needed.
Disable and reinstate agent terminals, as necessary.
Process agent bank changes.
Other duties as assigned.
What you will need to have: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years recent experience, preferably in banking/financial services What would be great to have: Demonstrated ability to: Research and analyze data Resolve issues exercising sound judgment, initiative, and strong critical thinking skills Effectively deal with people in various job capacities.
Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills are crucial to the position.
Prioritize, organize and multi-task to maintain established standards.
Change rapidly and often Proficiently use MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, and Database Management Application Software.
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
